Our opinion

This is some of the best ice cream in the world. No question. The team at Nancy's has done an unbelievable job of not only creating a very unique ice cream menu but also a very fun atmosphere. It’s located Bearsville Center, a short 5 mins drive west of Woodstock. We recommend grabbing some ice cream sitting at one of the picnic tables out front and strolling around the area which includes Bearsville Park, an outdoor space surrounding the Bearsville Theater.

This is a great place to go on your way back from a hike in the late afternoon or right after an early dinner. It's also one of the best places to meet up with friends or the group that you're traveling with. They also offer hot drinks and other desserts. Be sure to tell Nancy how much this ice cream changed your life. She loves talking to customers.
